- You have multiple driving offences – This criterion does not affect those who have had a few speeding or parking tickets; however, those people who repeatedly break the law or have serious traffic infringements against their name, such as drunk driving charges, should check with the STV to see they their history will exclude them from the industry before enrolling into this course.
- You have had your licence suspended multiple times
