T&Cs Clause 1 – Financial (Enrolment Fee) Management for Accredited Courses
Accredited courses with enrolment fees in excess of $1000
In accordance with the Standards for RTOs (Clause 7.3), for any VET course whereby the enrolment fee exceeds $1,001, Intelligent Training Solutions will split the course enrolment fees across several invoices spanning the duration of the student’s study period (enrolment period) with the first invoice not exceeding $1,000 and each subsequent invoice not exceeding $1,500.
Spanning a student’s enrolments fees across the duration of their study period provides protection for a student by instilling confidence that Intelligent Training Solutions will deliver on any agreement made during the enrolment process.
NOTES:
- These requirements do not apply where an employer engages Intelligent Training Solutions to provide training and/or assessment to members of its staff through a negotiated commercial transaction.
- This clause does not waive a student’s obligation to pay for their course fees in full in the event of deferment or withdrawal. Refer to the deferment and or withdrawal section of these terms and conditions.
- Intelligent Training Solutions will not issue a student with their Certificate of Completion, Statement of Attainment, or a record of results until all outstanding course fees are paid in full.
Accredited courses with enrolment fees less than $1000
For all accredited courses under $1,001, the standard practice is to invoice the entire amount due on one single invoice. Students are required to make payment in full before attending class unless prior payment arrangements have been made.
NOTES:
- Intelligent Training Solutions will not issue a student with their Certificate of Completion, Statement of Attainment, or a record of results until all outstanding course fees are paid in full.
Payment Plans and Payment Arrangements
Intelligent Training Solutions has a range of payment plans or payment arrangements available to students. we can offer you interest-free student loans via PayRight, automatic payment processing (previously known as Direct Debit) via PayAdvantage, and in-house payment plans to assist you with spreading out the costs of enrolment. Fees and charges may apply to certain payment arrangements. Please refer to the section titled ‘Late Payments and Other Fees‘
