How to Register on our Portal

This page will provide you with information on your course and instructions on how to access your course, so make sure you read this entire page!
Registering for the Student Portal
The following three videos will walk you through the registration process, allowing you access to your course. You can choose to watch all 3 videos as they guide you through the entire registration process or simply select the video that best represents your progression. If you would prefer to read these instructions click the expandable links found at the bottom of these videos.

Our online learning component allows users you to view all our presentations, some with voice-over, together with our training videos. To get started you will need to register yourself on our Student Portal. Navigate to https://www.its.vic.edu.au/moodle/. Once you have successfully opened this page, please complete thefollowing steps below to register:
NOTE: Once you arrive at our website you will be given the option of logging in using a social media account such as Facebook, Google or your Microsoft account. You will also have the option or creating a new account using your email address, however, we recommend using your social media account as this is the quickest method and will bypass steps 2 and 3 in this process.
Step 1: Navigate to https://www.its.vic.edu.au/moodle/
Step 2 – This step is only required if you are NOT signing in using a social media account. (Email registrations only) Click on the ‘Create new account’ button located on the right-hand side of the login screen, then complete all the required fields. When done, click the ‘Create my new account’ button at the bottom of the page.
Once you have completed this step you will be sent an account confirmation email requiring you to confirm your account. In order to confirm your new account, you will need to click on the link provided to you within the email. This link will take to back to our Student Portal.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
ATTENTION ANYBODY WITH A HOTMAIL, LIVE OR GMAIL ACCOUNT!
Over the last 12 months, students with Hotmail, Live or Gmail accounts have been unable to continue to Step 3 of the registration process as they are not receiving our server’s automated emails. This issue is due to the Microsoft and Gmail servers rejecting our student portals automated response emails.Our automated emails are sent to your email address within minutes of any request. In the event you do not receive a confirmation email from us within a maximum of 15 minutes please check your ‘Junk’ or ‘Spam’ email folders. If the confirmation email has still not been delivered to your email address please contact us via text message or email, details can be found in your welcome email.
NOTE: Please remember to identify yourself and the course you are registering into. For example John Smith, First Aid Gisborne 07th May, No confirmation email received. One of our staff will be more than happy to by-pass this step for you.
Step 3: Once you are logged in you will be returned to our Portal. You will then need to scroll down through our ‘Available courses’ list and select the course you wish to access. The course you need will be written in the original welcome email our admin team sent you.
Step 4: Once you have selected and clicked on your course, scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter the Enrolment Key provided to you in your welcome email, then click the ‘Enrol Me’ button. Please note that the enrolment key is case-sensitive and must be entered as shown in the green box below.
You are now ready to commence with your course. Once you have gained access to your course our systems will send you another email which contains the contact details of your trainers. Feel free to contact them, or me, at any stage if you require any assistance. Information on getting can be found in your course online.

Information about being an ITS Student
Who is the ITS Training Manager
The training manager oversees and manages all student enrolments for Intelligent Training Solutions together with the day to day operation of our RTO. Our training manager is Cameron Gutterson. Cameron can be contacted for all enrolment enquiries and is responsible for your welfare, complaints handling, and any matters relating to the student code of behaviour.
You can contact Cameron Gutterson via the contact details on your welcome email.
Our course trainers
Throughout the course you will meet your trainers and assessors. One of the most important people in your course is your student support officer. Our student support staff can be contacted for all learning and assessment support related issues, general course enquiries, face to face support bookings and, anything else you may need to facilitate your training.
The name of your student officer can be found in your welcome email, together with the required contact details.
Payment of course enrolment fees.
You have been directed to this page because we have either received your first payment or, for our longer courses, your direct debit application has been accepted. Intelligent Training Solutions reconciles its financial records twice a month so you will receive a tax receipt from us shortly. Receipts are sent to your email address. If you do not receive our receipt by the 05th of any given month, please contact us.
PLEASE NOTE:
SHORT COURSES: Payment of all course fees must be made prior to the commencement of the course.
QUALIFICATION COURSES: A Payment arrangement must be in place prior to the commencement of your course
Intelligent Training Solutions will do its best to hold your spot on the course, however, your spot on the course is cannot be guaranteed until payment has been received.
If you purchased any learner guides, they will be sent to you via regular post once payment has been received in full. If you purchased other textbooks with your course your trainer will have them in class for collection on your day of training.

All our training locations have plenty of free parking available for students.

What to wear to the course
We recommend wearing comfortable, casual clothes as with most of our courses, you will be required to participate in class activities. Remember, if you have any questions about the course content, please contact our office for assistance. We are always happy to help!
